This app calculates a complete 10-week bench press program for you.

It is based on a well-tested concept, and calculates the weights based on your 1RM. Your 1RM (repetition-max) is the weight you can lift exactly one time. The program starts off at 70% of the 1RM, and you add 2.5 kg (5.5 lbs) for each week. This technique has proved to have a good effect on progression throughout the program.
